Sharp Play Hub

Privacy Policy

How Sharp Play Hub handles your information. Last reviewed 2026. General information only, not legal advice.

The short version: Sharp Play Hub collects no personal information, uses no third-party tracking, and keeps your scores and settings only on your own device. This page explains the details, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Who we are

Sharp Play Hub ("we", "us") operates this website, a free collection of browser skill games. Our operator name, mailing address, and privacy contact are listed on the Contact page, and you can reach us directly at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

By design, we collect no personal information. There is no account system, no login, and no analytics or advertising network embedded in the site. We do not ask for your name, email, age, or location to play. The only data the site writes is stored locally in your browser:

This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

3. Local storage and cookies

We use only strictly necessary local storage to run the games and remember your settings. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. If optional cookies are ever added, they will stay off until you turn them on, and browsers sending a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal will have optional categories default to off. See the Cookie Policy for the full list of categories, which matches exactly what the site implements.

4. How the forms work

The Contact and privacy-request forms build an email in your own mail application, addressed to us, with the details you typed already filled in. Nothing is submitted to a server, and no database sits behind this site. We see your message only if you choose to press send in your own mail app, and at that point we hold whatever you wrote, in our inbox, until we have dealt with it.

5. Your rights under PIPEDA

Because we hold no personal information about you unless you email us, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. You remain in full control of the data stored on your device: use the Clear saved scores and Reset cookie choices tools on the home page, or clear your browser's site data, at any time. You may withdraw a saved cookie consent whenever you like. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Children's privacy

Sharp Play Hub is general-audience and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. See the Parent / Guardian Info page for more.

7. Data retention and security

We keep no personal data on our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or expose. Local data lives only on your device until you clear it. The site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers.

8. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its revision note before the change takes effect. In particular, no analytics or advertising is currently implemented, and this page will state plainly what is collected on the day any is added.
